Bullet Journal December spread 2019

December is Christmas month. I love everything Christmas themed but I decided to skip the traditional red and green for my December spread this year.

I combined different hints of light blue, pink and silver with some cute polar bears. A combination that makes me think of freshly fallen snow that almost looks like glitter, crunching snow beneath your snow boots during an evening walk and a big mug with hot chocolate to warm up your hands again afterwards. Now I know why they call it the “the most wonderful time of the year”.

On the left page I created my monthly overview with all my appointments. Even tough I make variations in the headers of my monthly overviews, I always get back to this simple design of the spread itself. There are so many ways in which you can make a monthly overview, but this simple way seems to work the best for me every time.

On the right page, I wrote a little note about the past year (or the past four years actually). Also, I kept some space open for writing down little notes on happy memories from this month. It has been a while since I last made a little memories spread. However, they have always been the spreads I reread the most often in my Bullet Journal.

I can’t wait to fill up the last pages in my Bullet Journal with great memories. Only 5 pages left before my Bullet Journal is completely filled up. It’s bizarre that I can read back on four whole years of memories and developments in my life in just one little booklet.

What colors did you use for your Bullet Journal in December? And will you be starting a new journal next year as well?
